Behind the Scenes

Northern Rivers Family Law Pathways Network (NRFLPN) is auspiced by Interrelate and operates under the direction and oversight of the NRFLPN Steering Committee and Aboriginal Advisory Committee.

Committee membership is drawn from the broader NRFLPN membership and has widespread representation encompassing a range of backgrounds including family law, child protection, Aboriginal legal services, domestic and family violence, local Aboriginal community, Aboriginal community development, mediation, family support and community health.

The Steering Committee and Aboriginal Advisory Committee each meet bi-monthly.

An Annual General Meeting is held each year in October/November to elect the Steering Committee.

Details of meetings are provided to NRFLPN members in quarterly e-bulletins.

NRFLPN employs a Coordinator on a part-time basis to coordinate and support the network in its work.
