- To engage and collaborate with front line workers, service agencies and representative bodies across the region
- To distribute quarterly e-bulletins to the membership
- To develop and/or promote relevant training/ professional development and networking opportunities across the region
- To develop and/or promote resources to support service accessibility, effective referral pathways and quality service provision across the region
- To provide updates on relevant social science research, policy developments and judicial decisions and commentary
- To provide updates on services, parenting courses and children’s contact centre availability across the region
- To operate within a community development framework utilising a strengths-based approach
- To honour and respect the leadership of the Aboriginal Advisory Committee in our work in increasing the accessibility and improving the quality of service provision to our Indigenous families and communities.
- To ensure all our activities are inclusive and actively seek involvement from diverse groups within the community sector.
